Shipping & Refunds

A Digital Registry registration is available immediately. Your public registry page and your printable certificate are ready as soon as payment is confirmed, and the certificate link stays valid permanently. Because a digital registration is delivered immediately, it is final sale and not refundable.

Framed items — the 8.5 × 11 Framed Certificate and the 16 × 20 Framed Poster — are produced to order. Production takes about 5–7 business days, and delivery within the United States typically takes another 3–7 days. You receive an email with tracking when your order ships.

Shipping is calculated once per order, not per item: the order is charged the highest shipping rate among its framed items, plus a smaller fee for each additional framed item. Digital-only orders are never charged shipping.

If a framed item arrives damaged, or a printed name or location is wrong, email team@carvehistory.com with a photo and your order number. We reprint and reship at no cost.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Framed items must be returned in their original condition; once received, we refund the item price. Original shipping is not refunded on a change-of-mind return.

Digital Registry purchases are final sale. Because the registry entry and printable certificate are delivered immediately upon payment, digital registrations are not refundable. The 30-day return window applies only to physical framed items.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We can cancel a framed item at no cost any time before it has been printed.
