Privacy Policy

When you claim a stone we collect the printed registry name you choose, an optional dedication message, your email address, and — for framed items — your shipping name and address. We also keep the order record itself: the packages purchased, totals, discount code used, and the stones registered.

A registration creates a permanent public registry page for that stone. That page shows only the printed registry name, the optional dedication, the stone's location details (face, level, position), its Stone ID and Registry Number, and the registration date.

Your email address, shipping address, order number, and payment details are never shown on a public page and are never returned by registry search results. Registry search accepts an email address or order number only as an exact private lookup, and never displays the value you searched for.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. Stripe handles card data under its own privacy terms.

We email you an order confirmation, your certificate link, and a shipment notice when a framed item ships. We do not sell your email address or use it for unrelated marketing.

If website analytics are enabled, we may use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure how visitors reach and move through the site, including completed purchases in aggregate. We do not upload customer names, email addresses, or hashed identifiers to advertising platforms.

You may ask us to correct a printed registry name, change or remove a dedication, or release a registration. Write to team@carvehistory.com from the email address on the order.
